Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who We Are

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Amy Storm Coaching website (amystormcoaching.com) and any coaching services provided by Amy Storm Coaching ("we", "us", "our"). Amy Storm Coaching is a sole trader operating in England and Wales.

By accessing this website or purchasing any coaching service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use this website or our services.

2. Services

Amy Storm Coaching offers personal training, nutrition coaching, and associated health and fitness services delivered in person (at our private studio in Godalming, Surrey) and online. Service descriptions are provided on the website and may be updated from time to time.

All services are personal to the client and are non-transferable. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a service agreement at any time if, in our reasonable opinion, continued engagement would not be appropriate or safe.

3. Health and Safety

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You are in good general health and have no known medical conditions that would prevent you from safely engaging in exercise or nutritional coaching.
  • You will inform us of any relevant medical history, injuries, medications, or conditions prior to commencing any programme.
  • You accept that exercise carries inherent risk and you participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

We strongly recommend that you consult your GP before beginning any new exercise or nutrition programme, particularly if you have a pre-existing medical condition.

4. Bookings and Payment

All sessions and programmes must be booked in advance. Pricing is as displayed on the website at the time of enquiry and is subject to change without notice. Any introductory or promotional pricing is valid for the duration stated at the time of offer.

Payment terms will be confirmed at the point of booking. For ongoing membership packages, payment is due in accordance with the agreed billing schedule. Failure to make payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

We understand that life is unpredictable. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • More than 24 hours notice: Sessions may be rescheduled at no charge.
  • Less than 24 hours notice: The session will be forfeited and charged in full.
  • No-shows: Charged in full with no option to reschedule.

For membership packages with a minimum commitment period, you may not cancel within the minimum term except in exceptional circumstances (for example, serious illness or injury supported by appropriate evidence). Early termination fees may apply.

Once the minimum commitment period has been completed, your membership will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis. To end your membership you must provide at least 30 days written notice (via email to [email protected]). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the 30-day notice period, and no partial-month refunds will be issued.

Digital programmes and one-off session packs are non-refundable once access has been granted or the session has taken place.

6. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every reasonable care to provide safe and effective coaching, Amy Storm Coaching shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in any coaching programme, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law (including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

We make no guarantee that any specific result (including weight loss, strength gain, or health improvement) will be achieved. Results depend on many individual factors, including adherence to the programme, lifestyle factors, and individual physiology.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, programmes, plans, and materials provided as part of our services, is the intellectual property of Amy Storm Coaching. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy and Data

By providing your information via our contact form or booking process, you consent to us contacting you in relation to your enquiry or service agreement.

10. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
